Several years ago, I put in from the parking lot/ramp there. At the time, it required a parking permit to do so. I believe it was a State of Washington permit I purchased at the old G.I Joe's. Is it still required & where do I purchase one?

A Discover Pass or WDFW Vehicle Access Use Pass are valid for this location. Passes are NOT available on site.

It requires a discover pass. You can get one anywhere they sell licenses (fishing, driving, etc).
