They are avalible at times, though as with all produce they are also seasonal. Dependant on what the sellers have brought, and the demand for said product means that wax beans are in a constant state of flux as it were.
Yes. I have seen a few with them. There is one vendor in the back center that has had them the past few weeks. I would suggest reviewing the vendor list online beforehand, and try calling a few to see if they plan to bring any.
