We have been using the Silver Lake Everett clinic ever since my children we’re babies. Never had a bad experience. The walk in clinic has always been there very helpful and didn’t have unreasonable wait times to be seen. they have seen us through the kids athletic injuries the family sickness. They are quick to Make referral appointments for you when you need specialists

We saw Amy Hagen ARNP today. She told us that she could take out the my mom’s ingrown nail. She then proceeded to inject my mom’s toe up 3 times with lidocaine. By the 3rd time, my mom was not feeling well and she almost fainted. Amy then left us alone in the room for over 20 minutes. Of course the numbness would wear off by that time. When Amy came back she wanted to numb up my mom one more time, but after not feeling well and nearly fainting, of course my mom would not want to go through that pain again. We asked if we can get any pain reliever for my mom’s pain and Amy said she could not prescribe my mom any. Before I left Amy said to me “this is why we say to go to a podiatrist”. She did say that at the beginning, but if she couldn’t do it she shouldn't have told us that she could. Everett Clinic has such a good reputation, but this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Amy Hagen ARNP, needs to manage her time better, and if she can’t do something, she should say so instead of wasting our time and our money. Especially during a pandemic when some of us are struggling to pay for our medical bills.

We made an appointment online and weren’t checked in until 45 min after we came (5 min beforehand) and then we got called and went into one of the rooms and the ladies (red head and bigger one w short brunette hair) were being so disrespectful and rude. We then got sent to a seperate room and we’re currently waiting for the doctor (its been half an hour) and so i asked the ladies where he’s at because we’ve been waiting longer than normal and they both say in a snarky way “your his next patient” which i know... they said he was finishing up his last patient 34 min ago.. Im so mad and my dogs in the car and boyfriends here sick waiting patiently i feel so bad for them these people are purposely taking their sweet time and i cannot believe their behavior as adults and doctors. I would rate 0 stars if I could and we’re never coming back here again. I just wrote this review and the doctors still not here wow. incredible.

You are the worst walk in clinic I've ever had to deal with. I have never once had a good experience with you people. From withholding my medical diagnosis for 6 months to leaving me in a room for 45 minutes every time I visit and making every visit I've ever had last 3 or 4 hours. Not to mention the man I saw today was disrespectful and told me I'd have to wait EVEN LONGER to have my MILD cough diagnosed knowing that I had to be at work knowing I had already sat in a room for 45 minutes. I will never be visiting your facility again. Worst walk in of all time, even worse than the immediate clinic.
