It's more uneven than slippery. Boots are plenty good.
I went a warmer day and just wore rain boots. I didnt even have the tiniest slip
I wore my Sorel boots and did jusy fine. I saw some "brave" ladies try heeled boots...DO NOT do that!

They do a good job of keeping the foot paths free of pack ice.
Your boots will be fine. They scrape the ice/snow on the ground so it's loose. Some of the high traffic areas get packed down and may be slippery, but nothing Sorels can't handle.
Sorel boots are just fine. I went last weekend wearing my Sorels, jeans, a puffy coat, and a hat/scarf/cotton mittens.
Sorel should be good enough. Its loose snow and ice on the ground, expect the snow to be ankle deep when you walk
