They also have 3 ice slide areas that are awesome. Wear snow pants. For young children you can bring a sled to pull, strollers will not work.
About half a block for the entire thing. You get to walk inside of it, and there's little hallways you can go throw but not get lost. There's a small water show, a wall that lights up like a rainbow, a small hill to slid on, fire pits to benches, a fires show and a small stand selling warm drinks and snacks.
