Yes. We brought a stroller and couldn't use it so the staff said that they would bring it to the exit. They also have sleds that you can use to bring your baby around, however no straps to hold a baby.
I didn't see a place where you can check in for stuff. I did see people were leaving stroller behind on the side before going until the ice castle.
