I believe you have to go in and do the paper work. Your monthly payments will go according to your income. So make sure you bring in your bank statements. No military discount. I have created an account bc they will send you info on special events. Once your a member their is all kinds of free classes you can enroll in. It is well worth the money..
They also have financial aid as well if you need it.
