My son's brand new I-phone broke. He was told by someone at your store that he needed to go through sprint. Sprint says he has AppleCare, and you need to fix it. Why the run around? Where should he bring his phone???

I would go to Apple store so they can verify your warranty info, Sprint are not exactly know for their customer service. Otherwise you can also call Applecare customer service so they can verify for you as well
