Most of the trail you would, except for a couple places where there are stairs. Stop at the gate house and get a map first. It'll show you the options. It's a two mile meandering trail, mostly of tree bark.
I believe so, but the entire loop is a pretty long walk.
There are some alternate routes that may accommodate. It's a beautiful place.
