I don't know what the official policy is for chalk in the area, but I would love to see murals on the ground! Anyone who has an issue with this, is forgetting that chalk fades away to nothing! Especially if it's in a moist place! I will always stop and admire artwork regardless of where it's at. As long as there's nothing offensive or abusive, I see no problem with anyone chalking it up! Anywhere!⛲🌈🖼️ Btw, why is it not a good idea? Just wondering!
Yeah, it's ok. I see sidewalk chalk art all the time down there.
