I had two staffs that greeted me within a 5 minute period.. second staff asked me id i was a member immediately after saying hi. I didnt know you have to be a member to browse the store. Is it store practice to ask for membership for browsing?

I understand the need to promote membership.. i suppose i find it weird that a floor staff is asking.. usually it asked during checkout..

I believe it's the same as most other chain clothing stores. You don't have to be a member to shop, but the employees do push the membership often. The perks of being a member are pretty great to be honest!
