Yeah… this uh… this is probably the worst “park” I’ve ever been to. I think the Parks Department is too embarrassed to touch this place with a 10 foot pole. The attached photos do it justice. Mind the random piles of smoldering ash and literal mounds of trash by the pavilion. There is zero parking. Please don’t bring your kids.

Only saw a tiny bit of the park over by Value Village, but it wasn't that bad. Saw a couple of picnic tables and benches to sit on.

This park's photos are horribly misleading. Not only is it smashed behind target and other businesses, it's riddled with trash, covered in graffiti, and littered with used drug paraphernalia. There's obvious signs that it is used almost exclusively by the homeless and it clearly hasn't been cared for in a very long time. The pond itself is filled with trash and abandoned shopping carts. We left so fast I'm sure we missed more disgusting parts of this so called park.

Visited with my lunch looking for a picnic table because local restaurants are drive-through only during COVID. No parking anywhere nearby. Site was scary and filthy with unconscious people and garbage lying everywhere. Stuck my head down a boardwalk and found it had recently been set on fire. I quickly fled this horrid place and will never return.

The restrooms were closed about 3 years ago, 7/2016. After several attempts to break into the closed facility. It resulted in the doors being destroyed beyond repair, facilities (who manages the restroom) determined it was more cost effective to board over the doors and get rid of a target for vandals to focus on. Parks maintenance visits the site 2 times a week to pick up trash and report any issues to the site.
There are catfish and turtles in the pond, but dont get to comfortable there are leaches too.
No, there are no fish here. It's for walking and relaxation only
