Yes. At least for events. We went to a wedding there yesterday and they allowed our dog, including inside.
Thornewood Castle is not pet friendly for overnight rooms.
There were pets allowed for walking the grounds and inside with the owners on a leash. But I am not certain they are allowed to stay if not service pets. It's best to call them and ask. The staff is super friendly and approachable.
