All shrimps sell there are previously frozen. Live prawns mostly are spot shrimps local catch but seasonal only.

Yes they have both head on and head removed shrimp, farm and naturally caught!
Not fresh head-on that I've seen. Seasonal local fresh typically have no heads, tho I'm not there more than one each week.
