Without a doubt, the best grocery store downtown. Just about all your needs are covered, plus the dining available in back. Plus, parking validation is available at an hour for $20 spent and 2 hours for $30, which should be more than enough time for most anyone. The closest I can come to a complaint is that the markup on snacks is hefty, and at that point you really are paying double price (if not more!) for just "this is imported". I'm not saying they're cheap for the store to get and you're being bilked (I honestly have no idea) just that either way, they're higher priced than domestic equivalents. Still, who doesn't love trying something new? Love this place.

Uwajimaya has a great selection of... well, everything! Cookware, dishware, grocery and pantry items, but the most impressive is their selection of prepackaged foods! I love the spam musubi, fresh sushi, unagi rice balls, and I especially love the duck they sell right near the food court! The duck has crispy skin, but still has a layer of fat between the skin and the meat but I don't mind it. The items can get pricey, but I'd say they're usually worth it.

Words cannot describe how amazing this market is. The food court area is on point. They have the most amazing seafood selection! It’s definitely a huge store to take in all at once. I highly suggest you take the kiddos and engage in a family grocery outing to one of the top grocery stores in America.

Great oriental market in downtown Seattle. Pretty much the only big grocery store near the stadiums. A wide selection of food and cook wear you'll find what your looking for. Theres also a food court and a book store as well! Very cool!

Yes but only if you spend $10 (1 hr) or $20 (2 hrs). Otherwise you'd have to pay. You can also get it reimbursed at nearby restaurants (like boiling point or any rest in uwajimaya)
Yes they do and my daughter love the green tea flavor
They do not. You have to go in and get it yourself.
I couldn't find a place on website to order food online. Plz tell me how to get to it
Yes the have all kinds of sea weed
I feel like they would have to. I haven't tried Uwajimaya specifically but know Bob's Red Mill sells them online and even Walmart sells them.
Yes they will. If you were to go to their website oh, and look at their hours they actually have hours listed for memorial Day. They'll be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Yes they have pre packaged onigiri by the packaged sushi
Yes, I have gotten Shirakiku Barley Tea there.
Yes Always wise to check which stores have it in stock.
I have not seen them there. You should call just to double check though
I saw them getting live crabs from a tank for a customer, but don't know what kind they were.
Yes, there is a parking lot. Take your ticket to enter and have the ticket validated by the cashier at checkout.
No wifi for customers
Onigiri for sure in the deli. Taiyaki probably frozen but not fresh! Sometimes Bean Fish food truck parks outside so check their schedule!
Not that I am aware of try kyoto art on airport way not new but authentic
I didn't see any
Masks are required as the others have already stated. However, it's very difficult if not impossible to stay away from other customers. It's not Uwajimaya's fault, but don't expect other customers to keep a full 6 feet apart. Even with them monitoring how many people go in, they can't control where everyone stands all the time. 5 stars for Uwajimaya's efforts though.
I haven't seen it there but i have seen it at walmart. Uwajimaya is a great store to venture around!
No the bookstore is closed
9pm
Yes, we carry Orion Gosomi Crackers.
Apparently from an answer before mine you can.
Books and crafts, I didn't notice art or pictures for sell.
I don't believe they do. But Daniel Smith or Blick probably do.
Ehhh is more for herbal remedies than real medicine. But a very good selection, nonetheless.
Might have it. Not sure.
I dk. I didnt see any but id got to regular grocery
I believe so.
I have never seen them sell crayfish before. Pike place market has them once in a while.
Yes, aisle 5
I think they have pad een ew noodles. I'm not sure about the cost.
Yes. Many varieties as well I believe.
Pretty sure their fish and meat counters close at 5pm.
That I'm not sure about, I do know they've got a moderate assortment of dried fruits though. If they don't have it I suggest Saar's
We'veseen oxtail there but don't recall seeing pigtails. -trashclub T.V.
Call them.
I've never seen it here.
Thank you! I need to add depth of flavor to a vegetarian recipe and the info on umami suggested powdered shiitake mushrooms, but all I found contained salt.
This is a community thread, offered by Google. Uwajimaya is unlikely to see your question. That being said, I don't recall seeing Umi Budo (Japanese Sea Grapes). Though, i wasn't looking for it either. Edit: i see you found it. Where did you find it?
Inside they have2 others stores in there there where you can purchase the red dragon bags.
I imagine they do....they have everything but their focus is Asian....so it may be called something different.
Yes, but you must ask an associate because they are always sold out. You can also call the store and ask them to hold it for you.
Yes, they sell shochu and sake.
There are some in the bookstore area and they vary in price from a few dollars to over a hundred.

I have not seen it there but they might. Could also check at H Mart
They have a lot of fresh fruit and veggies, so they may. If u mean in a can or jar, the odds are even better they do.
Some of the restaurants in the store's food court offer delivery through differing food services, however it can be unreliable. The grocery area of the store does not deliver though.
There is
Yes they do!
They do
I have purchased salted Ginger snacks from Uwajimaya's before. I would ask an employee to show you where the ginger snacks are. Be specific about what type you are looking for though.
