I feel like they would have to. I haven't tried Uwajimaya specifically but know Bob's Red Mill sells them online and even Walmart sells them.
I believe they do carry them but the shelf was empty on my last visit.
I think they do, but it's a fast seller for them since it's used in a few recipes.
More than likely but not completely sure. With the selection I wouldn't dought it.
