No fishing license required in any state park of Texas. Tent camping, RV, cabins, and screened shelters are available. Reservations not required but may be advisable this time of year.
Not entirely sure about the fishing license but yes they have camping areas that require reservations.
You do not need a license in any Texas state park as long as you stay on the bank. If you take any kind of watercraft on the water, you are no longer in the park. Enjoy! It is a beautiful park. Yes make reservations. The parks are full this time of year.
