Why not call them to make sure rates are accurate.
Bay Landing does have some 50 amp I'm not sure if they charge for if they do is probably like $3 a day if you belong to Thousand Trails it still might be $3 but they do have some and more coming

Call Bay Landing for details. They do have some permanent residents. Not sure about monthly. I have a Thousand Trails membership that allows 21 nights.
