Absolutely perfect, our family had a blast!! From the comfy cabins, club house with activities for kids all ages, putt putt, horse shoes, swimming pool, hot tub, basketball, volleyball, to access to swim in the lake. You can pitch a tent, bring a camper, or stay in a cabin!! The membership saves you tones of money!! The staff are always there to help and quick to respond. Thank you for the awesome memories we made at yalls place!!

Changing my review from 2 stars to 4 because it is a great park. I was just upset that my dog got bit. Anyways, This place has a lot of potential but bathrooms need a lot of updates. Could be a lot nicer/cleaner. We enjoyed our stay here in the winter for 3 weeks right off of the lake. If the bathrooms were updated I'd give 5 stars. The views of the sky at night are something to see. π€©π Thanks for creating a welcoming stay. You guys at the office were pleasant. -Eshlemans RV Adventures

Horrible! No one there to check in with at 2:30 and sign said be back at 12. Road going in is not maintained and in horrible shape. The sites are uneven and may or may not have electric that works... and even though in their rules they talk about maintaining your RV and appearance... the place looked like a trailer park more than campground. There were mounds of trash and junked stacked behind 1970 RVs ... etc. We pulled in... talked to another couple whom just arrived and weβre as disappointed because they were so close to next RV they couldnβt use awning... and then we left and drove an hour to a state park. Understand park was going to be dated... but difference between trashy and dated. Park is trashy.

The road in and out if Bay Landing Thousand Trails is not good, lots of potholes be careful you can destroy your tires/ wheels or even an axle. Very limited full hook up rv spots and the water pressure is poor. The staff is nice not a lot close by for recreation or site seeing but guess it works for short stayovers. Not much shade and most rv sites are in the open with little or no shade.

If you have a membership it is free I do believe but other wise you have to know someone out there and it's either $5 or $10 a car. I would call and make sure the information is correct
