When feeding a baby squirrel you must be very careful that they don't aspirate the formula. It needs to be a milk designed for squirrels. All mammals have their own different formulas. Wild animals should be taken to a rehaber as quickly as possible. Animals must not imprent on humans. Rehabbers have pain relievers, antibiotics and the knowledge. Red creek is free & the public should call & get advice. Well-intentioned people often do more harm than good when it involves wild animals.

It depends on the squirrel's condition, but it has the best chance with a wildlife rehabber. It will get medication and proper feeding.

It would depend on the age of the squirrel and how progressed the pneumonia is. If the squirrel is eating and older and it's respiratory function not too compromised I think it could do well with antibiotic treatment and supportive care
