No lake to speak of
No there is no water at all on the trail. Bring plenty to drink if you plan on hiking the entire trail
No lake or water anywhere, except what You take with You!!! Great system of hiking trails tho, interlocking into Maricopa trl. Some trails you'll encounter guided horse rides and/or a few mtn bikers on. Enjoyable place indeed! Views, maybe a few flowers, critters, etc. Trails have hardpack, sand, little rocks n shale . . . a bit of Everything--Enjoy!! Never too strenuous yet Inclines, yes!!:),
