We went to Phoenix for a conference and thought this would be a fun thing to do. The day we were supposed to go, it was supposed to rain. We got a phone call from them saying that they were cancelling our ride. We called and asked for a refund as we live over 16 hours away and had no intention of returning to Phoenix anytime soon. They told us that we could not have a refund and that we could only reschedule... and it wasn't cheap. We also tried calling multiple times to talk and they refused to answer the phone or call back.

Great place! It was my first time doing horseback riding, so I was a little nervous. But the staff was very kind and the horses were so nice and very well-trained! My horse in particular was very tame, and responded well to all of my commands (steering, etc). All the horses follow each other and know how to stay single-file and not get left behind. What a fun experience!
