Do you serve goose liver pate? If so, is it everyday or only sometimes?

I do not believe they have goose liver pate, they do have Pate Maison but its chicken.

I would also add that this paté, like all their dishes, is exquisitely prepared, so much so that I don't bother with any other French restaurant in Denver. My palate was trained in the NYC French restaurant scene. So even though it's not goose liver it's quite fantastic.
