It says no motorized vehicles. Does that also exclude motorized wheelchairs (scooters for handicapped)?

See the whole Motorized thing needs to be redone and allow all electric single rider, i have had this argument for 3 years now and keep on winning. I am disabiled, spinal fluid leaking into my nurvs and 2 herniated disks. Walking is painfull. Sittingband goving over bumps gravel, ect is worse. But i can stand just fine. I use a electric stand up scooter,or my hoverboard. And i cannot wait untill i am alloud to publicly shop using my hoverboatd! Its coming. I find it embarrassing and uncomfortable to ride in those big giant buggys at walmart. Then since ypur now sitting you gotta make the painfull action of straining to stand up to reach what you want. One i dont like to have my head at some ones butt level..i should be able to set my speed at a walking speed and go about my business on my personal electric scooter or hoverboard. Sorry but i know most people if they could would feel more human if they were alloud. I seen a 75 year old man using a nine bot hoverboard to walk his dog.
