They are not what the internet shows them to be. We were disappointed in the property . We also were woke up at 3am from a fire alarm that was suppose false alarm but it was going off non stop and no one at the receptionist desk to answer the phone to tell us if we were safe or not. We paid for 3 m.j night's and fourth night was free but it wasn't worth it. My Mom paid for this as a get away for me because I beat 2 different breast cancers and yes she was very disappointed with the property. Take it from me you don't want to stay here rather than if they have a mold problem or not. Hope this helps you with making your decision. Pictures online are not what you get .

They are on the water basically so like most places I'm sure they have mold issues too its due to the moisture in the air however most places keep up and do regular checks every couple of months so if they have mold then they ain't taking basic precautions so I wouldn't chance it however I will say the entrance is a nightmare during rush hours and its a steep hill to get in and out....depending on what your wanting to do while in corpus I'd recommend a different area to go for resting and relaxing

I didn't see any mold when I stayed there in July. I enjoyed my stay there. Everything appeared the way it did in the ad. It's on the bay though, not the oceanside.

Yes, they have a lot more issues than just the mold.
