Yes as long as they are on a leash I believe. But I'll check and find out for sure, and get back. Ok I found out that there is an area where dogs are allowed. It's limited to just that area. It is clearly marked. However that is the only place where dogs are allowed in the park. Dog's are not allowed on the beach at all.
