I'm not really sure that anybody rents their Travel trailers or RV's out. This particular place is a place to park your recreational vehicle or travel trailer, its not a mobile home park.
I believe almost every RV Park has some units parked in place as storage. I really doubt the management of the RV Park will broker or reveal contact information about the owners because they are running a business for transients, not long-term stay. That said, the worst you can do is simply ask.
