BELATED UPDATE My issue was with a disc drive that was no longer working. Within a week of this shop’s “repair,” it stopped working again. I contacted them, and was informed they would be happy to take a look, though I’d have to pay again to have it “fixed.” I took it to a local repair shop, who fixed it for less and it still works (as of 2022). OG REVIEW: The quality of the work seems more than fine so far! They told me exactly what was wrong with my system and were incredibly knowledgeable on not only my problem, but my system in general. It did take a while to get the repair done, but this was mainly due to a lot of business on their part, which is a good thing! That means a lot of people use them, and for good reason. I plan on coming back if with any electronics problems I have in the future!

That can only be answered by looking at the play station. Repairs have to be determined. It's not a question that can be answered by how long. You need to take your play station in to them. There is a diagnostic fee that is applied to any repairs ......

My son had that problem. You should check Playstation website first if your PS4 is a year old or less. It will be covered by warranty. The process is easy and fast. They ship you a box overnight to send it in then return it back within a few days. Free if under warranty.
