I don't enjoy writing bad reviews especially on a small family business but I neded to on this situation. I had one tire plugged yesterday and woke up this morning and the same tire lost 5 lbs overnight. I went back and asked for the same guy and he said he didn't remember me and he told me his assistant can help me instead. It's stange he didn't remember me because I had tip him the same amount as the price of the plug. I told him that he plugged my tire yesterday and it's still leaking 5 lbs of tire. He said there's nothing he can do about it in a very cold manner. I went ahead and purchased a $50 tire from them and afterwards asked how many days they will warranty the tire. He then tells me there's no warranty now. I remember back a few years ago they would give you a few days with the receipt but now, I don't know. Anyways, I won't be going there ever again!
