Nope, don't think so. You will need a FM frequency receiver somehow.
Not sure on blue tooth. I just use my in car radio. I guess you could if your car stereo has blue tooth and can link up with a blue tooth speaker. They transmit the movie over FM on your car radio. The sound is really great, even does the left right to match what's playing on screen.
