My daughter and I loves going to the library together every chance we get to go. She loves it when I read to her and when I also teach her how to read (she's 6 yrs old & going into 1st grade next school year).

The library is under construction. Very limited adult section, but the kids and teen area is open. The coffee shop is open as well. Im pretty sure you won't find what you are looking for during this time, so it's best to go to a different library. The girl at the desk was very helpful.

The library gets a 5, but because it’s not available to some of those who needed it, the overall score is a 3. At other public libraries, in New York City, Los Angeles and Houston, we realize that those whose are moving in cannot prove that they are residents. Thus, those libraries extend to them a 3 months or 6 months temporary card. At this library, they would not issue a temporary card. It’s a pity, our foundation would have provided funding based on the other good things I saw.

Yes. 10 cents a copy
You probably can for a small fee .
No. However, you can convert PDFs into Word on a computer if the scan is of good quality. You can give it a try. We can assist you. Call us at 834-4265.
Yes they do. I would at this time call ahead and let them bring them out for you. At this point only a small section is open to the public.

when i went a couple weeks ago, they said it won't be done until at least november, or possibly next year
I know they have the audiobook! I don't know about the physical copy, however
Yes just go to the desk and they will give you a temporary ID to login
No, currently we are not accepting donations at any of our locations.
They are currently open during normal business hours I just got a few books from them almost 2 weeks ago
Call them up or look online, with your card number and pin you can find out what's on your account. If you go there they'll print you a list too. https://pclc.ent.sirsi.net/client/en_US/lakeland/ Click link. Top right corner, click "My Account" Pop up will appear. Use card and pin number to login and view account.
$1 per page and the library provides a free cover sheet.

Ok ,I'm not sure about here . But I've tried to see if you can volunteer at winter Haven library friend of the library bookstore . You can't there until 18 . Not sure about this library . Probably won't help now but I think it could help other folks and possibly you in any way .
No you can check out more and renew those you havent read yet so they due sametime should u wish to
Atm they're remodeling and building a coffee shop so they arent accepting books atm. However u could try to donate some books to the little library inside hollis gardens
I believe they still do. Check Out their website for details.
You can come in to get a replacement card OR show ID and get your library card information..
It's free to get a library card... you'd need valid photo ID within Polk County. Or a piece of mail with your local address, if ID is outside of Polk.
It's a good bet and they will request it from another branch if they don't. All you need for a library card is your ID and current address in Polk county!!! I love the Lakeland library!!!
