Honestly have been with this company for over a year and have yet to come across one person that works here who doesn't have an attitude problem and isn't extremely rude as soon as they answer the phone. Makes me not even want to call you guys when I do need to.

Great company. Shut of power on a stage four cancer patient didnt follow their own protocal or mass law, refused to rectify situation then shaked him down for 50$ reconnection fee when they shouldn't nhave turned it off in first place. Claimed he talked to them (he has no voice box) really evil people.
