Where do I begin? My family and I pulled into the lot and was just curious. I couldn’t have asked for a better guy to walk out the door to take the up. Trey Chapman! He was awesome from the start. He was informative, helpful and went above and beyond. It took over a week before I was ready to purchase. Most car salesman utilize the “call them till they buy or die” method. Not Trey! He did text to follow up and we had several conversations on the subject throughout the week. I presented several buying scenarios and he worked through and gave me details of each one. He did this all by text, which is a HUGH benefit to me as I’m self employed and seems like I’m always swamped. Trey had the patience to work around my schedule and my timeline. He was always quick to respond even when I was not! When I was ready to purchase, I text Trey told him I was headed his way. He had my new car at the front door and literally was walking out to meet me as I pulled in. I was in and out of there with my new car in no time. The guy rolls out the red carpet for his clients. I had never purchased from Lakeland Volkswagen but because of the “royalty” treatment I will be a lifelong customer! Thanks Trey!
