Yes, you can bring your own cooler/food/snacks and it is NOT frowned upon. I have been going to the silvermoon for over 30 years. They have a great concession stand as well, and it is reasonably priced, especially compared to indoor theaters
Yes this is one of the things i like about silver moon... Its a nite time picnic where you either bring your stuff or buy your food at their stand... And they have burgers now!!!!
Yes, but it's frowned upon. The tickets to the movies are very reasonably priced. For adults it's $5 for two movies and children are $2. The Silver Moon hopes that you to the snack bar to help offset operating costs.

We have a severe food allergy and we bring our own food in all the time in coolers. No one has reprimanded us at all in the slightest. Great place! Food there is a little pricey anyways. Smelled good though. I assume it tastes better than any other theater.
