Leashed only, BUT be careful there were some newer signs all along the beaches I had noticed in February 2019. Just remember: ALL animals of any kind that are helper status must have their official "helper status harness" visible to be allowed legally (as with more and more park services across the U.S., 'dear ol' Fido' doesn't get to just run free "willey nilley' anymore.
I was with my dog (she is 9 pounds) but stayed in my arms the whole time. There is a lot of shells on the beach. I wouldn't recommend.
I don't remember seeing anything posted saying no. We didn't have our dog with us. So I didn't really notice.
Yup. Never seen anything posted against it. Just be careful because there are a lot of shells and that won't feel good under pups paws if you are walking the beach. Also be cautious of the shore fishing
I know I saw other dogs on leashes. You might want to check the website. There is also a couple of dog beaches. They are strict about scooping the poop.
