Yes you can. Go toward Beaver landing: you will found the tubing launch station. That is the starting line if you want to enjoy all the river. If you are in a small group, bring many small tubes and ropes. Tie all the tubes together, including one for the cooler and have a blast. Don't litter. If in a large group, have a large tube that can carry multiple people as a center piece, plus other small tubes for everyone else around plus the cooler. Again, Don't litter. The river water is murky, so don't bother with underwater shots. Save those for the springs where The water is cold and very clear. The exit point for tubing is between twin springs and deer springs. You can also exit at devil's eye, devil's ear/Ginnie springs, dogwood springs, the boat ramp after dogwood springs or twin springs. Nighttime tubing is not recommended due to lack of lighting over the river. The springs are lit all night long so feel free to walk to the springs for midnight swims.
I highly recommend a rectangular kiddie pool with an air mattress inside. Intex has you covered.
