My parents live there year round but they were grandfathered in from old owners, i don't believe they allow that anymore. But you can still get in to do work or whatever throughout the winter months. They give you a key card for the gate so you can get in when the gate is down. And like my parents who live there year round have to pay for electricity in the winter months. They've been living there for several years. Seem to love it.
It's open in the spring through late October but you can leave your camper there over winter and still get in, they just turn off the electricity and water at a certain point in the year
