Kids are legally allowed I believe (we have taken ours once or twice when going early). However, I don't recall seeing any kids past 7pm.
I do not know if there is an exact rule, I would think no one under 21 though. There is a doorman who checks IDs prior to entering.
I have never seen children there. I would call ahead to be sure.
