You can walk or bike on to the park for free. But if you drive in there is a fee.
You need to have a De fishing license which is sold at the bait store at the pier. The only free is the general patk entrance fee.
No fee...there is a tackle shop to rent gear and get bait. Also you can get a license if your 16 or older and dont have one.
