Yes they have picnic areas, tables and they are open 24 hours

Yes they have plenty of picnic tables and bathroom facilities. I doubt if they are closed as technically summer's not over.

I was there on labor day they were open. They have bathrooms, picnic tables (I think), and vending machines.
