Pizza was made wrong, and didn’t have cheese on parts. Cheese sticks are so burned. I give up with this Pizza Hut.

We ordered pizza and got the confirmation email. After waiting almost an hour past the delivery time I call and find out they canceled it because it was a “prank call”. They did this without calling to confirm the ONLINE ORDER or at least notifying us that they canceled the order. BUT they did charge our card and now we have to wait for them to refund us. They won’t even answer the phone at the store and it sends it to a customer service center.

The delivery was fast and the pizza was delicious. Just the right amount of sauce, and the crust is so soft and delicious. The triple chocolate brownies are amazing, too! ❤️
