One star isn't deserved. After a company meeting we wanted to go through the drive-thru to get burgers. In the meantime it had stormed and afterwards the sky was beautiful. I pulled to the right to get a quick picture. The very unprofessional boy working the drive-thru starts yelling about how I parked and was just flat out rude. I told him after I done getting my picture I was coming around to order. Even the customer getting her order heard this and told me to ignore him and he had zero respect for customers. At that point we said forget it and went to Hardee's instead. The manager on that shift could have cared less when she was notified. It's all good though because I don't have a problem driving to the Dover location, and they really are nicer. The picture I included in this is all I was trying to get before we ordered. They lost out on $30.00 sale. Imagine if a mystery shopper was coming to evaluate them and witnessed this.

I went through the drive thru and observed an employee sitting on the front counter. I tried to express my concern to drive thru employee but was ignored. I decided to go inside to speak to a manager only to learn it was the drive thru employee. Needless to say my concerns about cleanliness and lack of professiobalism went on deaf ears. I will not be returning to this location!

Employees (kids) were more interested in playing around and flirting with each other. My order took 25 minutes and it had to be returned and done again. Store was dirty, dispensers were empty and the soda machine was not working correctly... This is becoming a trend to all the Burger Kings I have been to in the last year.

This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The staff is rude starting from the drive thru window all the way until you get your food. Don't even think about talking to a manager because it'll be a waste of your time she's just as rude. You pay for fresh, hot food you'll get the opposite. Stay away from this establishment. A waste of space, this could've been a Chick-fil-A!
