The zoo is fine for small children to walk. Half way around the main loop is a boat that takes you on the lake to see lemurs monkeys and gibbons. This gets them off their feet for a bit.
I would bring the stroller if it isn't too much hassle to pack. You don't need it but you might end up carrying her
She will be fine walking, the Naples zoo is not that big
The zoo is not large and was very walkable. I did see families with strollers, but if your daughter likes to walk I think you will be fine without one.
