No. For over 30 years they have never done so. If you want a good seat go at 4:45 for dinner to get in line for your name to be placed on the list. Then enjoy a beer or drink on the beach.
No. This is a very popular spot for it's beach front and to watch the sunset. Come early, be friendly, and get parking. Grab a drink and enjoy.
