Yes, on leash. Like the previous answer, there is a dog park on Dayton Xenia rd. Fenced and split into sections for different sized dogs, they can play and run.
As far as I can tell you'll see quite a few pets how ever there's a couple of dog parks on Dayton ave and Progress Dr. that are fenced in and the dogs can run loose.
