This place is 10 times worse then Montgomery county they will not take the time out to look at all your documents they keep telling you it's your own fault they treat people that need assistance like we're benaath them I'm gonna figure out who I can write about them I can't wait until I don't need assistance anymore this people act like they are better than you! And they just cut my stuff out without notifying me and they kept calling the wrong phone number these people are a trip as long as they eat they don't care about nobody else

This done through the local post office, or through a form that you can pick up and fill out in the main lobby.
I would go in there and demand to talk to the case worker whom is working. Got first thing in the morning no wait.(: I have gone at least 6 times with little wait.
