You can pre-order online and buy at ticket booth. I believe you may also buy special animal encounters online as well though they may be subject to scheduling. Also good to note, parking is free.
You can buy your ticket online but I purchased mine the day I went. They do offer Military discounts too.
We just showed up and purchased tickets. There was a long line, but it went fairly quickly.

You can pre-order online if you want but there's no need there is a ticket booth just outside the entrance you have to pass right by it and there's two people in the booth you won't have to wait at all in order to get your tickets it's very fast and the people are very friendly the prices are clear-cut and there's not any real options that you have other than just buying the ticket and getting in so it goes by fast and on top of that they have even additional kiosks out where you can get your own ticket so you don't have really any wait. I don't understand why people say to order online that it's faster because there's not really any such thing -there's never been a line there because people just tell them how many tickets they need and they get it and it's very fast so it's easy. I don't really recommend ordering them online. You don't get a discount or anything because you're going to have to show your ticket anyway on your phone so it's about the same amount of time actually.
