I've noticed that some Native reservations require a permit for outsiders to access the reservation. Since Naskila Gaming is on a Native reservation, I wonder if a permit is required to access the reservation, let alone the casino and campground.

No permit is needed, you just drive right to the entrance and go up to the to the casino building. As far as the campground or camping I'm not aware of that but like I said the entrance had no type of food or security or anything you just drove right through the entrance I hope this helps
