Made an appointment to have the oil changed and tires installed. They took an hour and a half and only installed the tires. Got the vehicle home before I realized they didn't change the oil.

Went to tire center to have a flat repair done on the tires i bought there. Waited 2 hrs picked up car drove from okc to livingston tx woke up same tire was flat. Took it to walmart to find out they never even touched the tire no repair was done on it at all

This is the first Wal-Mart Auto Service center to actually do an oil change and tire rotation correctly. They replaced the filter and actually tightened it so it doesn't leak, added the correct oil and amount and didn't use an impact gun to tighten on the lug nuts striping the threads or breaking the stud. Great job can't say that for other locations or other employees at this location but today I was impressed.

Tried to call but no answer I tried for over an hour finally went in told the guy once he finally showed up I've been calling he stated he's been there the whole time what a joke he was not there but oh well I got what I needed
