Anytime is good however be aware alcohol is not served.
It depends what type of person you are. If you aren’t comfortable with big crowds in a tight space then avoid weekend nights.

Went there late, about 11pm on a Sat. No one really there or they already left

It's open 24hrs so there's really not a good time. It's always crowded the times I've been.
